Business Problems We Solve

Most businesses don't fail on strategy.
They fail on discipline.

Every problem below has an owner, a system and a reporting cadence once governance is in place. Each one links to the practice that resolves it.

Missed statutory deadlines

Filings slip when compliance lives in an inbox instead of a calendar.

Compliance Retainer

GST notices and mismatches

Reconciliation gaps escalate into departmental scrutiny and blocked credit.

GST Compliance & Representation

No cash flow visibility

Profitable on paper, tight in the bank — with no forward view of either.

Virtual CFO

No board or investor reporting

Decisions and funding conversations happen without a reliable numbers pack.

MIS & Management Reporting

Weak internal controls

Approvals, access and reconciliation depend on trust rather than process.

Internal Controls Review

Founder dependence

Finance and compliance stop the moment the promoter is unavailable.

Governance Reviews

Payroll compliance risk

PF, ESIC and TDS errors surface only during an inspection.

Payroll Compliance

Financial reporting delays

Books close months late, so the numbers arrive after they can be acted on.

Accounting & Monthly Closing

Core Service Pillars

Four pillars.
One accountable team.

Formation, compliance, finance and advisory — a single governance system rather than a catalogue of filings, delivered by one team on a defined cadence.

FAQs

Questions promoters
ask us first.

What is business governance, and how is it different from compliance?

Compliance is meeting statutory obligations on time. Governance is the system around it — who owns each obligation, how decisions are reviewed, how financial information reaches leadership, and how risks are identified before they become notices. We build the system and then run the compliance inside it.

What does a Virtual CFO actually deliver each month?

A closed set of books, a monthly MIS pack with variance commentary, a rolling cash flow forecast, KPI dashboards, and a business review meeting with the promoters. Where relevant we also prepare board and investor reporting.

Do you work on retainers or one-time assignments?

Both. Most clients start with a one-time assignment or a compliance health check, then move to a monthly compliance or Virtual CFO retainer once the calendar and reporting cadence are in place.

Can you take over compliance that is already in arrears?

Yes. We begin with a health check that maps every entity, registration and pending filing, quantify the exposure, and then run a regularisation plan before moving you onto the standard monthly calendar.

Which industries do you work with?

Manufacturing, healthcare, construction, retail, IT, hospitality, education, professional services, NGOs and startups, among others. Each sector has its own licensing and labour obligations that we map into your calendar.

Ready to Put Governance
On a Schedule?

Start with a governance consultation or a compliance health check — we map your entities, obligations and reporting gaps before proposing any scope.
